TYROLIT Densifier 3 is a concrete densifier and surface hardener. It is used after the grinding steps (and before the polishing steps), in order to give the floor its final mechanical properties. Densifier 3 consists of mixed silicates which densify the mineral surfaces and have a dust-binding effect. The resistance of the floor to mechanical loads and abrasion is improved by hardening and densification. The resistance of the floor to water absorption is also increased.

TYROLIT Pore Filler 100 is used on ground floors and screeds to close pores, holes and small cracks of max. 4 - 5 mm. For this, Pore Filler 100 is mixed with grinding dust in order to provide the filler compound with a similar look to the floor. Cracks and holes are filled with this compound.

Treating floors and surfaces with Tyrolit Premium Sealer WB reduces the penetration of liquids, grease and dirt. Water absorption is greatly reduced, but the surface remains open to diffusion. It is applied after the final polishing of the floor. The application may result in a slight colour deepening. To enhance the lustre, the floor can be polished again after applying the sealer. The active ingredients of the sealer are largely UV-resistant and non-yellowing.

Treatment with TYROLIT Sealer 400 reduces the penetration of liquids, greases and dirt. The colour of the surface is also deepened. The sealer is applied after the final polishing of the floor. This solvent-based sealer offers optimum protection against water absorption and soiling by oils and greases. Hazard information for physical hazards: H225 Highly flammable liquid and vapour. TYROLIT Duo 30 densifies the floor. It also reduces the penetration of liquids and dirt, while the surface diffusion remains open. The result is a floor with improved abrasion resistance. The surface is also easier to clean and is less susceptible to stains and soiling.

Treatment with TYROLIT Sealer 50 reduces the penetration of liquids, greases and dirt. The sealer is applied after the final polishing of the floor. To increase the gloss, the floor can be polished again after application of Sealer 50. Additional hazard characteristics: EUH208 Contains a mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1). May produce an allergic reaction. Tyrolit Easy Grout is used as a pore filler for sanded floors and screeds to close pores, holes and small cracks of max. 2-3 mm. Tyrolit Easy Grout is sprayed in front of the sanding machine during the sanding process. The filling compound resulting from the sanding dust and Easy Grout is then worked into the openings in the floor during sanding. Ideal sanding step for processing: Coarse sanding with metal-bonded sanding tools, with grit 80# - 120#.
